ANTI – STATIC CONING OIL
We supply Antistatic coing oil for texturising, synthetics yarn such as viscose, acetate Rayon, Nylon and Polyester. we can supply oils of different viscosities range are as given bello. when ever depending on the buyer's requirements, advantages of antistatic coning oil. It has Antistatic activity an excellent pick-up quality. as high as 3% to 5% on wt. of yarn antistatic coning oil gives a considerable reduction in chemical splashing in high speed machine thus reducing chemaical wastage and chemical cost
SALIENT FEATURES.
1. Easy washabillity after texturising crimping and twisting process.
2. If imparts antistatic property in order to avoid bellowing of the yarn during cone winding process.
3. If imparts lubricating properties thus reducing friction between fibers and fiber to metal.
4. Oil has bleaching capacity so yarn will not become yellowish on long standing.
